I developed Have A Seat Yoga for anyone who wants to feel better physically, emotionally and spiritually - all from the comfort of a chair.
Open, inviting, non-judgmental, healing, expansive, transformational are just some of the words to describe Have-A-Seat Yoga.
My deepest desire in sharing my program is to reach and enhance as many people as possible through deep breathing combined with stretching, visualization , meditation and gratitude.
